Our shelving system is 600mm x 1200mm. Solid oak battens fixed to the wall provide peg holes for the oak veneered shelves and 1.5mm steel wire to hang from. The piece explores the possibilities of steel wire and how industrial fixings can be combined to make elegant forms.
